- We will not deliver to any address deemed non-permanent, eg hotel addresses.
- A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your order is received.

Deliveries within New Zealand
- Deliveries within New Zealand will be handled by Courier Post, and should be received within 2 working days.
- International deliveries are handled by New Zealand Post and will take between 10 to 25 days for delivery.
- Herba Vitae cannot accept responsibility or liability for any goods lost in transit outside New Zealand.
- Herba Vitae accepts no liability for the replacement of any goods or costs arising from or relating to the importation or confiscation of any goods by government bodies.
- Customs regulations in most countries allow the importation of health supplements for personal use, however it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited within their country.
- Except in the situation described under “Customs Regulations” above, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned in original condition within 10 days of delivery.
- We will notify you to confirm your refund upon receipt of the returned goods, and you may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
- Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost. please advise us immediately if you have any problems in this regard.
